The Tracify Influencer Module allows you to manage, track, and evaluate the performance of your influencers.

This Quick Start overview aims to empower you to get up your accurate Influencer tracking as fast as possible.

Terminology

Cooperation

A Cooperation within Tracify reflects e.g. a Post, Story, Livestream, etc. which your Influencer does for you

Tracking Link

The Tracify-generated link, which belongs to a Cooperation that you provide to your Influencer.

Steps to get your first Influencer Cooperation / Post tracked

Adding Influencers

There are two ways to add your Influencers to Tracify:

  1. You can import multiple Influencers at once into Tracify. Please follow πŸ‘‰ this guide

  2. You can also manually add Influencers by adding their name and username from the platform(s) like Instagram, YouTube, etc. You can find more information here.

Creating Cooperations with your Influencers

To create a Cooperation, click on "Create Cooperation" or use the 🀝 button next to the respective Influencer.

When creating a Cooperation, you type in the basic information of what you agreed with your Influencer. When the cooperation takes place (you can change it later if needed), where the cooperation is placed (Instagram Story, Livestream, etc.) and what commission you agreed.

Creating Tracking Links for your Influencers

Last but not least to actually be able to track the performance of your Influencer, you have to provide him/her with a Tracking Link.

When creating a Cooperation you can directly generate a Tracking Link by clicking the "Create & Generate Link" button. You have to specify a destination page and Tracify automatically generates the Tracking Link for your Influencer.

Editing & Deleting Influencers, Cooperations & Influencer Links

If needed you can edit or delete Influencer data via the pencil icon next to the respective object. You can only delete data when there is no attribution data associated to the respective object.
