Tracify allows you to import your existing influencers with their platform profiles via a CSV or Excel file, so you don't have to create each influencer manually.

Video Tutorial

Prepare your influencer file for the import

Requirements

  1. Your file must be a .csv or .xlsx file

  2. It must only have one sheet

  3. Your file must have a header row with the headings of the values the respective column contains

  4. Each row in your file may only contain data for ONE influencer with his associated platforms

  5. The file must not contain the same influencer twice in separate rows

👉 Under THIS Link, you can find a spreadsheet you can fill with influencer data if you like. To use it click File > Make a copy in the spreadsheet. If you do so you can directly proceed to Step 2.

Step 1: Insert/adjust the header row

Start by inserting/adjusting your headers into row 1. These headers should cover

  • Influencer name (required) → The name how the influencer is displayed within Tracify

  • Influencer contact email (recommended) → The email address that you contact the influencer through

  • {Platform} username (each platform e.g. Instagram, YouTube, etc. gets a separate column; one value for any platform column is required per influencer) → The username of the influencer on the respective platform

    • Available platforms are:

      • Instagram

      • YouTube

      • TikTok

      • Twitch

      • Blog

      • Facebook

      • Pinterest

      • LinkedIn

      • Snapchat

      • Podcast

Your file should now look similar to this:

Step 2: Copy & paste/fill in your Influencer data

After creating the headings, copy+paste your Influencer data into the respective columns. For example for the column that holds the influencers' Instagram profile you just insert Instagram profile usernames in that column. ☝️ Each row in your file may only contain data for ONE influencer with his associated platforms.

Your file should look similar to the below with your Influencer data filled in:

How to import your prepared file

After choosing your CSV or Excel file in the import dialog, click "Next".

Here you can now connect each column of your file to the corresponding Influencer property via the dropdowns on the right. For example for the row that holds the Influencers' Instagram profile you choose “Instagram Profile” from the dropdown.

If there is a column header that does not belong to an Influencer property just leave the dropdown for that row empty.

Reverting an import

If you notice that you made an error in the import: You can revert it within the first 24 hours after the respective import. This removes all Influencers that have been created from the import from the system.

To revert an import:

  1. Click "Import"

  2. Find in the "Past Imports" table the import you want to revert

  3. Click "Revert Import" on the right (only available in the first 24 hours)
