We currently calculate the average time duration between touchpoints for all customer journeys, including those where the user hasn’t made a purchase yet.

  • For durations up to 7 days, we display them in both days and hours.

  • Beyond 7 days, we only show the number of days.

Average of conversion days

For example, for the displayed conversions (orders), we calculate an average of conversion days. This means that with an average conversion time of 7 days, some users may have converted after 4 days, while others may have taken 10 days to convert.

☝️ Please note that the time selection refers to when the purchase happened, not when the customer journey started.
